We’re conveniently located near Fort Collins, about 20 minutes due east on the Harmony exit of I-25.
Who can book the studio?
Our studio is available to photographers and content creators looking for a unique farm setting for their sessions. We do not offer photography services or rent the studio directly to the general public for personal use without a photographer.
Do you offer photography services?
No. Country Farm Studios is a rental space exclusively for photographers and content creators. If you’re looking for a photographer, we’re happy to recommend several talented local professionals who regularly use our studio.
How do I book the studio?
Reservations are made through our online booking system. Full payment is required to secure your reservation. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.
What is included with my rental?
Your rental includes exclusive access to the studio during your reserved time, including:
- The inside of our authentic vintage barn
- Multiple professionally designed seasonal studio scenes
- Outdoor farm photography locations
- Rustic fences
- Barn walls and large barn doors
- Vintage Farmall tractors
- Horse trailer
- Open farm scenery
- Furniture, props, and seating that may be moved throughout the property
- Electrical outlets

Do you provide lighting equipment?
Photographers are responsible for bringing their own lighting equipment and camera gear. The studio provides the space, some sets and props.
Can I move furniture and props?
Absolutely! We encourage you to customize the space for your session. Please return everything to its original location before your rental ends.
Can I bring my own props or decorations?
Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own props and temporary decorations. Please remove everything at the end of your session.
To protect the studio, please do not use nails, screws, staples, permanent adhesives, glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, or anything that could damage the property.
Is there a public restroom?
Country Farm Studios does not have a public restroom. Please plan accordingly.
Do you have heat/cooling inside the barn?
There is no heat/cooling inside the barn. In extreme weather situations, we may provide a space heater upon request.
Can I bring food or drinks?
No food or drinks are permitted. Since we’re located on a real farm, we work hard to avoid attracting unwanted pests and appreciate your help keeping the studio clean.
Can I bring pets or animals?
Outside animals are not permitted on the property. Our farm is home to resident animals, and for everyone’s safety, we ask that no additional animals be brought onto the property.
What outdoor areas can we use?
Your rental includes access to designated outdoor photography areas, including the barn exterior, rustic fencing, vintage tractors, horse trailer, open fields, and other seasonal farm features.
Please stay within the designated photography areas (west of the property driveway). All buildings, equipment and portions of the property to the east of the driveway are private.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is plenty of parking available in the driveway.
Because Country Farm Studios is located on private property, we kindly ask everyone to park courteously and avoid blocking driveways or access points.
How many people can attend?
The studio comfortably accommodates photographers and their clients. If you’re planning a large group, workshop, or styled shoot, please contact us in advance so we can ensure the space is appropriate.
What is your cancellation policy?
We do not offer refunds for canceled reservations.
Bookings may be rescheduled if requested at least 72 hours (3 days) before your scheduled rental, subject to studio availability.
What if I need to reschedule?
If you notify us at least 72 hours before your reservation, we’ll gladly help you reschedule your booking based on studio availability.
Can I extend my rental?
If the studio is available immediately following your reservation, additional time may be purchased at the current hourly rental rate.
What should I do before leaving?
Before you leave, please:
- Return all furniture and props to their original locations.
- Dispose of any trash.
- Remove all personal belongings and decorations.
- Leave the studio in the same condition you found it.
What happens if something gets damaged?
We understand accidents happen. Please notify us immediately if anything is damaged during your rental. Renters are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.
Can I host styled shoots?
Yes! Country Farm Studios is perfect for styled shoots and content creation days. Please contact us for special event pricing and availability.
Who owns the photos?
All images created during your rental belong to you and your clients. Country Farm Studios does not claim ownership of your work.
